How many days will my zoom recording be saved?
Your Zoom recording video is saved for 90 days in Zoom Cloud storage. During this time, you can download it to Kaltura for future use if needed (Instructions).

Can I download my Zoom recording?

What's the max no of participants I can have? 
The maximum number of participants in a Zoom session is 100.

Can I schedule a meeting through a mobile device?
Yes, you can schedule it through your phone. This Zoom Application is available to download on Google Play and Apple Store (Instructions).

Can I join a meeting on my mobile device? 
Yes, Zoom can be accessed via phone/tablet (Instructions).

Is there any other space where I can upload a recording video to?
You can upload the recording to your Kaltura My Media. First, you will need to download it to your PC (Instructions). Then you can upload it to Kaltura from PC (Instructions).

Can I invite external users to my meetings?

Yes, however a regular Zoom invitation link will require them to log in with a KPU account. The externals must use the meeting ID and passcode to join not Zoom invitation link. Also, it works the best when the external users are logged in with their personal Zoom accounts before joining the meeting.
