Shared notes foster collaboration and enhance engagement in learning environments by allowing students and instructors to create and edit together. This article will show you how to create shared notes in Zoom. Please note that this is only available on the Zoom Desktop Application
1. In your Zoom meeting window, click the More (...
) button on the toolbar.
2. In the dropdown menu, hover your mouse over Notes. From the side menu that appears, click Notes
3. On the right side you will see a new window open with your notes. Click the blue arrow to the right of your initials.
4. Where it says Share with Meeting Collaborators, click Share to Meeting. This will put the link to the notes in the chat.
5. From the next page, click Share note.
