Using Zoom whiteboards, you can upload PDFs and present as well as mark them up. This article will show you how to upload a file to zoom whiteboards. For more information on creating whiteboards please click here.
Uploading Your File
1. From your zoom meeting, click on Whiteboards. This may also be under More.
Please note, clicking the arrow will open a new menu with additional settings
2. Click New Whiteboard.
3. From the top right corner of the whiteboard, click your initials. Toggle OFF the editing permissions if you do not want your students to make any edits to the whiteboard.
4. On the left, click the 3 dots on the bottom of the Tool panel and click Upload from the sub-menu that opens.
5. Click one of the options to select the file.
6. Select the file from the file window and click open.
7. Click on the file when it opens in the whiteboard and a menu will open above it with options to resize, change pages and add comments. Use the tool bar on the left to annotate.
