This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Apple Vision Pro, including how to wear, calibrate, operate after calibration and remove the device after working on it.

 1.  Turning on Apple Vision Pro

Before getting started make sure to connect your headset to the external battery pack provided with it. To do so, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate the external battery pack and find the cable that is attached to the battery pack. This is the power cable for the headset.

Step 2: On the side of the right side of the headset, look for the round magnetic connector port and align the end of them together.

It will snap into place automatically using magnets.

Step 3: Hold the headset with both hands and make sure the front side of the device is facing away from you.

Step 4: Slowly bring the device toward your face and gently place it over your eyes and adjust the head strap around the back of your head so that the device fits.

Step 5: Once done, press the power button on the left side of the headset to turn it on.

 2.  Calibrating Apple Vision Pro

Once the device has turned on, wait a few seconds for the startup screen to appear. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to begin the setup process.

Step 1: Start by selecting your preferred language and region from the list displayed on the screen.

Step 2: Connect to a secure Wi-Fi network using your KPU email address and Password.

Step 3. When prompted to sign in with an Apple ID or email address, use the KPU Email and password.

Step 4. Begin the Optic ID setup by following the on-screen instructions to allow the sensors to scan your hands. This feature allows you to interact with the device using your hands. Move your hands slowly into the visible range of the cameras.

Step 5: Now, setup the eyes by looking directly at the dots shown on the screen so the device can recognize your eye movements.

Step 6: Practice pinching with your thumb and index finger to select, swipe to scroll, and open your hand to return to the home view.

Step 7. Once both eye and hand tracking are successfully calibrated, the system will display a confirmation message and load the Apple Vision Pro home interface. You are now ready to begin using the device.

Once the device has been successfully calibrated, you can begin using it through eye movements, hand gestures, and voice commands. The interface is designed to respond naturally to your eyes and touch.

Step 2. Gently tap your fingers together to make a selection such as pinching, swiping, or pulling to interact with different items or scroll through menus.

Step 3. When using keyboard you can also speak to the device by saying “Hey Siri” followed by a command, such as opening an application.

Step 4. To open the Control Center, look slightly upward and tap your thumb and index fingers

Step 5: The control center will appear with the headset settings.
