This step-by-step guide outlines how to download a BigBlueButton session recording from Moodle.
1. Log in to Moodle and go to the course where the BBB session was hosted.
2. Locate the BigBlueButton activity used for the session.
3. Scroll down to the Recorded Sessions section.
4. Find the session you want to download and click "Video" to open the recording in a new browser tab.
5. With the recording open in the browser, right-click anywhere on the video area.
6. Select “Save Video As…” from the menu.
7. Choose a location on your computer to save the video.
8. Rename the file if needed, and make sure it saves with a .m4v or .mp4 extension.
9. Click Save.
