Turnitin's Draft Coach platform provides students with a tool, built right into Microsoft Word Online to easily check their grammar, citations and instances of plagiarism with the similarity check.

  • Grammar Guide - The Grammar Guide provides tips to improve and clean up any grammar issues within your document
  • Citation Check - The Citation Check is used to identify any citations that may be missing references or references that are missing citations.
  • Similarity Check - The similarity checks your document with Turnitin's extensive online database to flag any instances of potential plagiarism in your work. It is normal for your work to receive matches in some instances, especially when using quotes and citations correctly. Please see the article linked below regarding interpreting these reports for more information about how to analyze the feedback Turnitin provides.
  • Full Report - The full report can only be completed after a Similarity Check and provides a much more detailed look into the feedback that Turnitin has given.
