You may find that some activities will appear in the gradebook even if you don't want them to be graded. If your course takes place on the Continuing Professional Studies Moodle site, please follow this article to learn more. Please note this will not apply to Quizzes.
For Quizzes or items that have been graded, please follow this guide.
1. From the top left corner of your course page, Turn Editing On.
2. Click the Edit button to the right of the activity you are wanting to change.
3. Click Edit Settings.
4. Under the Grade heading change, change it from Type to None.
(Note: If your activity already has grades awarded, you will not be able to make changes, unless the grades are removed by an override).
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
