This article contains information regarding Padlet templates and examples that can be copied and reused or viewed for inspiration into future creations and class work.

KPU Templates

Many Padlet templates and examples have been created by KPU as well as members of the Padlet community for faculty to use. A handful of these templates have been pinned to your Padlet dashboard. You will see them when you log in and are free to re-use them for your own purposes if you choose to.

These templates are indicated by their KPU branded backgrounds.

For information on how to create a copy of a Padlet to use for your own purposes, please see this article from Padlet's knowledge base:

Remaking a Padlet

Padlet Community Examples

The Padlet team and folks from the community have created a page containing a number of different examples of Padlets that can copied to your account or used as inspiration for your own creations. You can find the Padlet example gallery linked below.

Padlet Example Gallery

(Note: In order to remake Padlets from the Gallery, you will have to log in from the Gallery page again. This is because these Padlets are contained outside of KPU's Padlet installation. Please see the steps below for information on logging in through the gallery.)

  • Click the Remake button from the options menu of the Padlet you would like to copy.

  • Log in when prompted.

  • Click the "Log in here" button under the Backpack or Briefcase user option.

  • Enter "KPU" as the domain when prompted and continue with logging in.

  • The remake option should now be available once you are signed in again.

Filtered Gallery

A more customizable and searchable gallery is available on your Padlet dashboard as well. This gallery allows you to filter Padlet templates and examples based on their format to see how others have been using them.

  • To start, log in and ensure you are on your Padlet dashboard.

  • Click on the Gallery button located on the left side of the page.

  • After clicking Gallery, you'll be able to filter all of the templates and examples created by the Padlet community by the format they were created in.
