This guide will provide instructions for viewing the completion status of students and enabling a completion status block for student's to view their own progress. This will require completion criteria to have been set up in the course already.
Activity Completion Report
In order to view the completion status of your students, click on the cog button on the top right corner of your course page and then click on "More."
Under reports section, click Activity completion.
From here, you'll be able to see the completion report for each individual student and each module in the course to verify whether they have completed all specified requirements.
Completion Progress Block
This section will cover the steps for adding the Completion Progress Block to your course. This will allow your students to view and verify their own progress.
Start by turning editing on From the right side of the course main page, underneath the gear icon.
From the navigation menu on the left side of the page, click Add a Block. This will be located at the bottom of the menu.
(Note: If the navigation menu does not appear, you can toggle it open and closed with the burger menu button in the top left corner of the page, to the left of the KPU logo).
From the list of blocks that appear, click Completion Progress. This provides a visual progress bar for students to verify their completion status, as well as allows instructors to view student progress as well.
For a student, this block will now provide a live progress bar for them to verify their completion status. As an instructor, you can click the Overview of Students button to view another version of the student completion report shown above.
