This guide provides detailed instructions on how to view the badges you have earned in Moodle as a student. Badges are awarded upon completion of specific courses and activities in Moodle.
Steps to View Your Earned Badges
1. Navigate to the Moodle and log in using your KPU student email and password.
2. Once logged in, locate your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. Click on it to open a menu.
3. In the drop-down menu, click on Profile. This will redirect you to your full user profile page.
4. Scroll down on your profile page to the section titled "Badges earned in courses." This section lists the badges you have received.
5. To see detailed information about a badge, select any course listed under course profile.
6. Now, click on the badge. This will open a page displaying the badge's full description with the date it was issued.
If Badges Are Not Visible
If the badges are not appearing in your profile, it is possible they are currently hidden. You can change your preferences to make them visible. Follow the steps given below:
1. Click on your profile icon and select "Preferences" from the menu that appears.
2. Under the "Miscellaneous" section, click on "Badge hiding."
3. You will see a list of badges with checkboxes. Uncheck the box next to any badge that you want to make visible on your profile.
4. Return to your profile page to confirm that the selected badges are now displayed under the badges section.
