The camera's height by default is set to a standing height. If you choose to stand for your recording, you will most likely not need to adjust the height of the camera. However, if you choose to be in a sitting position or if your head is not in the shot, you will likely need to adjust the camera's height.
The camera is attached to the teleprompter and tripod in front of the height adjustable desk. Turn knob underneath the “red dot” and lift up or drop down to adjust the camera’s height. (BE CAREFUL, the teleprompter has some weight.) When height is optimal, tighten the knob.
