The desk in the studio is height-adjustable. There are two presets, (1) is a sitting position and (2) is a standing position. Press the “up” or “down” arrow keys to further adjust the desk to your optimal height.
The equipment is preset for a standing position. If you prefer to sit while recording, you will need to readjust the microphones and cameras to fit the sitting position.
