You can import weeks or activities: quizzes, assignments, etc. from your other course using the Import feature in Moodle. Follow the instructions.
1. From the red navigation menu, click More and click Course reuse.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Search for the course you want to Import from.
3. Select the course from the list and Scroll to the bottom of the page click Continue.

4. Select Include activities and resources. You can select Include question bank if you want to import that from the other course. Uncheck other stuff.
5. Click None to deselect everything. Then choose the section and item what you want to import.
6. Scroll down and click Next.
7. On the next page, scroll through and confirm the settings. Click Perform import.
