This guide is intended for students and will provide instructions for submitting Media files through OneDrive in the event that they are not able to upload through Kaltura.

  • In order to submit your files through OneDrive, you'll need to sign in first. Follow this link to OneDrive and sign in using your KPU email address.

  • Once you have entered your email, click Next

  • You'll be taken to the KPU login screen for OneDrive. Enter your KPU email address once more, OR your 100 number student ID as your username, and enter your account password.
  • Click Sign in

  • After successfully signing in, you'll be in your OneDrive home directory.

  • From here, you will need to upload your media file to OneDrive. First, find your video file, then click and drag and drop it into OneDrive

(Note: You can create additional folders in your home directory to further organize your files by click the "New" button at the top of the page. Folders are not required to submit your assignment however, and you are free to upload to your OneDrive home page if preferred.)

  • Depending on the size of the file you are uploading, it may take some time to appear on OneDrive. You'll see a new notification near the top-right corner that will indicate whether the file is being uploaded.

  • Once you see your media file in OneDrive, move your mouse over it and click the Share icon.

  • Enter your instructor's email address into the search bar and select them when they appear in the search list.

  • Once you have clicked your instructor, click Send. They will now receive a link to view your media file.
