You can request for a Mattermost account with the following details to the T&L/IT Joint Service Portal (http://sd.kpu.ca). Learn more about Mattermost.

Name of the team (15 characters max)
Name and email of the team owner

Note: Because Mattermost is hosted on the OpenETC, there may be a longer turnaround time than with other services offered internally at KPU.
