Forms in Microsoft Teams is a wonderful tool for creating Polls within chats and meetings.  Due to FIPPA constraints Forms is not being made available to all KPU staff and faculty, but can be made available to individuals following a business case review.

What can I do with Forms?

  • Create a simple poll (One Question)

To create a poll, you will need to be in the Chat window of the Channel or Meeting you want to present the form too.
*
This functionality is NOT available inside of the Meeting/Chat pop-out window.

Type @forms into the chat.

As you can see you can create a single question with multiple answers as you like.  Once you click on the Next button you will be presented with Poll as it will appear in chat.  You can choose to go back and edit or Send it into the Chat/Meeting.
