Instructors can capture attendance in BBB by clicking on the actions menu (cogwheel) and selecting save users - this is how attendance should be captured in BBB and NOT through recording
This will provide the snapshot of every person present in the room at a point of time. The file is directly saved into the downloads folder of your computer.
