If you are a moderator of the BBB session, you can invite external guests through a link. Please note you can only send an invitation link once you have initiated the meeting. So, you may want to pre-inform your guest about the meeting schedule through email, etc.


Follow the steps below to add external users:


1. Join the session in Moodle.


2. On BBB's main screen, click on "Invite a guest to join this meeting" (under the "Public Chat" tab).


3. Email the invite link to the users, or copy it and message them.


4. The guests can click or copy/paste the link to open it in their browser (Chrome recommended).


5. Provide a name and click the "Join" button to join the meeting with either Microphone" or "Listen only" mode.
