Timing for Quizzes can be set in Moodle. This article will show you how to set up those timings.
1. From the quiz red navigation menu, click settings.
2. Under the Timing section, enable Time Limit.
3. You can also adjust the open and close times as well as what happens when it expires.
4. If you select there is a grace period... for when time expires, you will be given the option to adjust the grace period.
5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save and Display.
