OneDrive is part of the Office365 suite offered to all KPU faculty, staff and students. All files that you store in OneDrive for Business are private unless you decide to share them. You can also share files and folders with specified co-workers so you can collaborate on projects.  Or even share them with people outside KPU. All files in OneDrive is stored securely and FOIPPA compliant. 


The OneDrive app is pre-installed with KPU iPads for faculty.


  1. Tap on the OneDrive app.

  2. Sign in with your KPU email.

  3. You will be redirected to the institution login page. Login with your KPU email credentials. Then, click Sign in.

  4. You have are now signed in to OneDrive. OneDrive syncs across multiple devices and can also be accessed online.
