Your iPad comes with all the necessary equipment to keep it charged. Follow the steps below to learn how to charge the iPad.
1. Locate your charger and connector.
2. Ensure the cable is connected to the charger.
3. Manually flip the two metal prongs on the charger upwards.
4. Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
5. Insert the opposite end of the USB cable into the slot below the home button.
The iPad will now begin to charge.
