Firefox

  1. Click the menu icon Firefox menu.png > then choose "Options" (on PC) or "Preferences" (on Mac)
  2. Click on 'Advanced' (gear icon)
  3. Select the 'Network' tab
  4. In the 'Cached Web Content' > click on 'Clear Now'.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Tools button (gear icon) > Internet options
  2. In the 'General' tab, under 'Browsing history' > click on 'Delete' (The 'Delete Browsing History' window will appear)
  3. Check the following boxes:
    • Temporary Internet files and website files
    • Cookies and website data
  4. Click the 'Delete' button when ready.
  5. Back in 'Internet Options' > click 'Apply' > then 'OK'

Chrome

  1. Click on the menu icon Chrome Tools button.png > More tools > Clear browsing data...
  2. In the drop-down menu 'Obliterate the following items from:' > select "the beginning of time"
  3. Then select the following:
    • Cookies and other site and plug-in data
    • Cached images and files
  4. Click the 'Clear browsing data' when ready.

Safari

  1. Click on 'Safari' on the menu bar > Preferences
  2. Select 'Advanced' (gear icon)
  3. Check the box on the bottom 'Show Develop menu in menu bar' (if not already checked, a 'Develop' menu should appear in the menu bar)
  4. Click on 'Develop' on the menu bar > Empty Caches
