This guide will provide instructions on adding and configuring an html block in Moodle.
1. Navigate to your Moodle course and Turn Edit mode On.
2. Underneath Edit mode is the block menu. click Add a block.
3. Click Text from the list of blocks.
4. Click the Gear icon on the right of the text block and click Configure.
4. Give your block a title from the Text block title.
5. From the Content field, highlight the text and click the URL button.
6. From the Create link popup, paste your link into the Enter a URL box. Click Create link.
